Bucks County’s longest continuously running art gallery
announces its 8th Juried Art Exhibition

The Stover Mill Galley will be hosting its 8th juried art exhibition which will run four weekends beginning October 12th with a reception on Sunday, October 13th from 1:00-5:00pm at the Stover Mill Gallery on River Road in Erwinna, PA.

Overlooking the Delaware River, the Stover Mill Gallery is on the first floor of the carefully restored 1832 Stover Mill, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Celebrating its 60th year, the Stover Mill Gallery has served as a showcase for outstanding regional artists active in the robust art scene of Upper Bucks County since 1959.

Information for Artist Submissions: Artists working in representational, impressionist or abstract modes, in any medium, are invited to submit original art for consideration in our Juried Art Exhibitions. All art must be for sale.  Each artist may submit one work. An application fee of $25 is non-refundable. If you are accepted, you may also bring in 2 portfolio pieces under $200, wrapped in plastic for sale.

Categories: Artists working in representational, impressionist or abstract modes, in any medium are invited to submit original art for consideration. E.g. – Oil, Watercolor, Pastel, Photography, Other

Eligibility: The exhibit is open to artists working in all mediums. Giclee reproductions are not appropriate. All works must be for sale and the Stover Mill Gallery retains a 30% commission on all sales. 

Jury Process: All works are considered in a blind jury process based on artistic excellence and aesthetic vision. Artists will be notified via EntryThingy. If you are accepted, you may also bring in 2 unframed portfolio pieces under $200, no more than 24 x 24 inches and wrapped in plastic for sale. (Three dimensional pieces are not eligible as portfolio pieces.) 

Submission: Each artist may submit one piece for consideration.  An non-refundable application fee of $25 via PayPal due at time of submission through EntryThingy.com

Hanging art must be framed or with finished edges and be securely wired and not exceed a weight of 15 pounds. Maximum height or width, including frame, is 36 x 36 inches. 

Sculpture must be free standing and may not weigh more than 75 pounds, may be provided with a base (if appropriate) and may not exceed 24 x 24 inches of floor space. No suspended sculpture. 

Please do not send original art for consideration by the jury. 

Instructions for Accepted Entrants:
Delivery: Accepted artists are responsible for delivering to and picking up their work from the Stover Mill Gallery, 852 River Road, Erwinna, PA 18920. 

Delivery times for accepted work: 
Sunday, October 6 — 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm 
Monday, October 7 — 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm 

Pick up times will be: 
Sunday, November 3 — 4:30pm to 6 pm 
Monday, November 4 — 10 am to noon 

Exhibition Schedule: The gallery will be open 1 to 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, beginning on Saturday, October 12 through Sunday, November 3. 

Opening Reception will be held on Sunday, October 13th, 1:00 to 5:00pm 

(All work is insured for the duration of the show.)
