Crafters & Artisans:
A Great Bucks County Tradition, the Tinicum Arts Festival
will return to the shady grounds of Tinicum Park in September
While we had hopes to keep the festival on its usual weekend, we realize the need to be more flexible and sensitive to the community. So we have decided to postpone the festival until the weekend of September 25th & 26th with the hope that everything will have cleared up a bit by then.
Look forward to enjoying the works of regional artists in the centerpiece Art Barn and the creations of artists and craft artisans displayed under the trees. Discover treasures at the White Elephant Tent. Choose from literally thousands of volumes at the Book Wagon and place a bid at the Silent Auction. Enjoy the outstanding live musical entertainment while savoring a fresh-squeezed lemonade, a tasty sandwich or a home-baked dessert in the picnic grove. As always there will be special activities for children and fun for everyone.
The Tinicum Arts Festival is the primary fundraiser for the non-profit Tinicum Civic Association. The Festival is planned and run entirely by volunteers. Proceeds are used to maintain the Stover Mill in Erwinna and to benefit over 30 other non-profit organizations that serve Tinicum Township.
Check back periodically for updates and information about the this year’s festival!I t takes a village of our wonderful volunteers to make it happen every year.
